MemberPrep prepares candidates and members of fraternities, sororities and membership organizations through online certification, prevention training and leadership development, and gives organizations the records to prove it.
MemberPrep is delivered online at memberprep.com and serves members, candidates, chapters and organizations across the United States. Courses work on any phone, tablet or computer, so candidates can complete them on campus, at home or on the go. MemberPrep, LLC is based in Maryland.
Pre-Membership Certification
A standardized foundation for every candidate, before intake begins. MemberPrep's Pre-Membership Certification gives aspiring members a consistent education in what membership actually requires: an organization's purpose and values, how chapters are governed, how to prevent hazing and manage risk, and how to make ethical decisions as a member. Candidates finish with a verified digital certificate that chapters and national organizations can check online.
Hazing Prevention & Risk Management Training
Research-informed hazing prevention that members actually complete. Hazing prevention is now a legal expectation, not just a best practice. The federal Stop Campus Hazing Act, signed in December 2024, requires colleges that take part in federal student aid programs to adopt hazing policies, report hazing and provide research-informed prevention education. MemberPrep gives members and candidates practical, documented training on what hazing is, why it happens, the laws that apply and how to stop it.
Chapter & National Organization Partnerships
One standard of preparation across every chapter you oversee. MemberPrep partners with national organizations, regional leadership and individual chapters to deliver consistent education to every candidate and member. Partners receive licensed seats, a branded page for their organization, a dashboard to follow progress and records that document completion.

Proof of education, ready when someone asks for it. When a national organization, campus or insurer asks how candidates were educated, organizations need records, not recollections. MemberPrep creates a documented trail for every participant: signed acknowledgments, module completions, quiz results and a verifiable certificate.
Leadership & Chapter Officer Development
Officers who are ready on day one of their term. Most chapter officers learn the job while doing it. MemberPrep's leadership courses give current and incoming officers the skills their roles demand, from running meetings and managing budgets to resolving conflict, planning events and handing off to the next officer team.

Digital Credentials & Certificate Verification
Credentials that can be checked, not just claimed. A certificate is only useful if others can trust it. Every MemberPrep certificate carries a unique credential ID and QR code, and anyone can confirm it online in seconds. Members can also add the credential to their LinkedIn profile, where it links back to verification.
